Royce Joseph Capital LLC was founded in 2008 by Todd A Smith. Mr. Smith is an entrepreneur by nature. He has an education in both Finance and Economics. He was a partner in an award winning historic building restoration company and was also an award winning financial services professional.

Mr. Smith is also a published author having written for numerous trade magazines and released his first book, I Pledge Allegiance, approximately one year ago.
